Hotel Helnan Phønix offers some of the most stunning ballroom and event spaces in Aalborg, and we are truly honoured to collaborate with Phønix, who will generously provide both venues and staff for the festival.

Hotel Helnan Phønix is a historic hotel located in the very heart of central Aalborg, offering 193 rooms. The hotel has undergone beautiful restoration, bringing the guest rooms up to a modern standard while carefully preserving the grandeur of its magnificent halls.

The elegant ballrooms remain intact in their original historic style, featuring original wallpapers, gold-leafed panels, crystal chandeliers, and beautiful old oak parquet floors. The atmosphere is both breathtaking and full of character — a place where history, beauty, and warmth come together.
